To be fair, I never really made resolutions. This time is a bit special for me though. First, I became father thus I have quite a few things to change in my life to adjust to the new situation. Second, I practically spent the last year with trying things – lightly. And flirting with true entrepreneurship but not making a home run at all.
Thus, if I should make resolutions I’d take these 3:
1. I will use every day to become a better father.
2. I will take all chances to become a true, free, bold – not bald
– entrepreneur.
3. I will take a grab on my ADHD (not diagnosed but strongly suspected) through regular sport activities and a better sleep cycle management.

also try some high strengh omega 3 fish oil for your ADHD, I have ADD, and it helps with that. Just makes the chaos less chaotic.
Thanks, I am already taking omega 3 oils (sometimes fish, sometimes linseed oil) and B vitamin complex. Also, I am a pescetarian (thus I eat loads of fish)…
Will venture more in different natural remedies to help my adventure to control ADHD
I am just concerned about the main source of Omega 3 which is the liver of fish. as you can see, fishes can accumulate mercury and pcb. ~~-
You might be right. Also, it seems that by 2050 we’ll have no more fishes left to fish. Maybe farming – that is horrible. Mostly I try to go for linseed
